  I came in just to browse but found out that they have their women’s jeans in different inseams which is so hard to find!! The employees here were so nice and helpful and worked really hard to make sure I was getting what I needed. They even have jeans in an extra long inseam which I think is like a 36in inseam (insane!! amazing!!) and short inseam too. thank you for all your help I’ll be back for new boots soon and to get my hat reshaped <3

  I seen many bad and good reviews about this store and went for myself today 4/25 this morning I was helped by Brennan nothing but great service! Helped me to what I was looking for and everyone was friendly! Thank you

  My brother and I are in town visiting and if there is an Ariat store we always make a stop! We walked in and nobody greeted us. We continue to browse and 5 minutes later I had to approach the register and greet the 3 employees standing talking among themselves 2 guys 1 girl. (4th guy was helping another customer.) I was looking for equestrian clothing for my daughter and was told they carry none. As we where about to leave the forth employee named Khrystopher greeted us and asked if we needed help finding anything in particular. I started off by thanking him for greeting us and making us feel welcome! I pointed to the counter where the 3 associate where still talking to each other and explained that just this morning I was on the phone with customer service due to a show shirt I purchased was shipped damaged and dirty and now once again disappointed due to lack of customer care. Khrystopher apologized shook our hands asked our names and set the restart button! Although there was no equestrian clothing Khrystopher helped my brother find a shirt and took care of all our wants! If it wasn't for Khrystopher we would have walked right out. 2 bad experiences in one day was not a good feeling at all! I give Khrystopher a 5 star he definitely deserves it!

  The hat shaper was fantastic very polite. The male worker was also very helpful and polite. The female workers did ask me if I needed help as I walked in. I did not need help at that moment. After browsing for a while i finally needed help because they only had one color of flair jeans. I located the female workers and they were fitting a mannequin. I asked nicely if they could help me when they had a chance to. Neither of them jumped to help me and answered me rudely. I walked away and told my boyfriend that they were too busy to help me. Assuming they heard, After about 5 minutes of waiting they asked me what I needed. Also very rudely. I asked if they had any other colors of flair jeans she said no everything is out on the floor. And I said okay and she turned around and walked away. I then was looking at jeans still with my boyfriend. Standing in between the wall of jeans and a display. There was no room for anyone to walk past. Then here comes the brunette employee saying excuse me to move my boyfriend and I so she could walk through when she clearly could have walked around. I was very annoyed and uncomfortable I do not wish to return to this store. Perhaps just for hats.
