  Purchased a $980 top of the line jacket here, wore it once in light rain and the shell fabric soaked up water like a sponge. Called them and they sa9d they could do nothing, and to call the manufacturer; so, they are o.k. selling a product, but not o.k. standing behind it! Don't care about the customer retention. Did not offer to call the H.H. manufacturer and solve problem or replace the jacket. Zippers are very flimsy. Staff a bit rude. Trust me, BUY A NORTH FACE, FROM R.E.I and avoid this place as though your life depends on it; because, if your shell freezes, it may.

  Enjoyed my visit to HH so much on Sunday I took my husband in on Monday! Great sale prices and great service from Nick! Got ourselves some quality hiking pants and base layers.
