  I did not get acknowledged by any of the staff. They were to busy talking to each other to worry about me. Then when I get up to the check out im waiting and waiting and waiting. Then I finally got acknowledged. I did manage to find a pair of shoes so that was a bonus. Just the customer service sucked.

  Top notch service, both before and after the sale. I had ordered some shoes in and the day they arrived there was a massive power outage that affected the whole mall. I was stuck in traffic for 30 minutes to go 4 blocks and when I got there, all stores were closed because no debit terminals could take payment. The employee was inside at the back of the store doing inventory, recognized my face from a few days prior and that I had already paid for the shoes and only needed to pick up. He brought my shoes to the front door and saved me the hassle of having to come back another day. Will definitely return.

  I walked into this shoe store in Circle Centre Mall, two workers at the til chatting loudly, conversation totally not related to footwear. No greeting. I had to interrupt their conversation with a question because they didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing in front of them. I tried on the shoes that I grabbed off the shelf myself. They made zero effort to come over to see how the shoes fit. I needed a smaller pair and they were still at the til talking very loudly, conversation not about the store or footwear related. I finally loudly said “excuse me can please bring me a size x in this shoe” . One of them brought me the shoe. The manager walked by and I told her her that it was very poor service here and that they should not be just standing there chatting. The manager responded with “ Well I haven’t seen her in a week”. I told her that doesn’t matter 🤣 and that’s not an excuse. Next she says “well, it’s my favorite employee”. 🤣 I once again told her that’s not an excuse. She did apologize but seriously I won’t be back.

  I had such a great experience at The Shoe Company today! Kait at the checkout was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and helped us every step of the way without rushing us at all. You can really tell when someone enjoys helping customers, and Kait truly does. Because of her, our shopping experience was wonderful. Thank you, Kait!
