  The staff is great, but unfortunately the manager has anger issues, is majorly lacking in customer service skills, and has surprising lack of professionalism. Unreal experience, and not in a good way. I can’t imagine what her staff has to deal with, not only does she speak incredibly demeaning to them in the store front… I have now experienced the same as a customer. Bad look for the Sunglass Hut.

  I had a lovely experience at Sunglass Hut. Rashmi assisted me, and she was very patient, kind, and understanding. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable while choosing the right pair of sunglasses. Her service felt genuine and helpful, and I really appreciated it.

  I walked into the store expecting a normal, simple purchase. Instead, I was met with coldness, silence, and behavior that felt deeply disrespectful. The cashier, Mandy (ID: 980305), barely acknowledged me. The moment that truly crossed the line happened at checkout. There was a bag sitting on the counter, so naturally I reached for it to place my purchase inside. Without a word, she pulled it out of my hands and placed it back on the table. No explanation. No eye contact. No basic courtesy. I was caught completely off guard. Trying to keep things calm, I even asked, “Oh, I don’t get one of those bags?” Still—nothing. Not a single word in response.
