  Met Thalia today. She was super attentive and very helpful. The store had a plush variety and not just that dry earthy stuff. Very happy customer here. I would have wrote this earlier but I got high! 😆

  I've only recently found a love for cannabis products and this was the first store I awkwardly walked in to asking for advice a few months ago. All of the staff here are fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly understanding. For a beginner that's huge! Today in particular though, I was helped by Thal, who was super cool. I had questions about some new stuff and wanted a recommendation, and Thal did not disappoint! Thanks Fire & Flower and thanks Thal for making all of these new experiences easy and worry free!

  I’m not a weed smoker, but one of my family members is. I was asked to do a pick up a few days ago and felt so lost and confused looking g at the options available. A lovely young lady named Thalia was so helpful! Asked me a few questions about the person I was shopping for and what their needs were. She helped me find the right products and helped me stay within my budget. If I ever have to do another pick up like this, I’ll 100% be coming back to this location and hopefully that kind girl is working! She was amazing!

  I am writing to express extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from a staff member at Fire & Flower in Willowgrove. Upon noticing a $9 discrepancy between the advertised price of $55 and the actual cost of $64 at checkout, I brought it to the employee's attention. Unfortunately, the employee responded unprofessionally, making derogatory remarks and displaying condescension. When I requested her name, she declined, stating she was off the clock and not obligated to provide it. The employee's demeanor was unacceptable, particularly given my concerns about potential false advertising regarding cannabis products. I chose to politely end the interaction after documenting the incident and exchanging words. However, I am disappointed in the manner in which I was treated and concerned about the customer service standards. While I understand employees can have bad days, taking it out on customers is inexcusable. I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at this location, which has been my preferred dispensary for years and typically provides excellent service during my daytime visits. The issue arose when a staff member, who appeared to be off-duty and whom I had never encountered before, abruptly intervened and spoke to me in a derogatory manner, questioning my intelligence and making disparaging comments. She claimed that a dispensary does not qualify as a retail store, an assertion that seemed like an attempt to distort reality. After being subjected to her unprofessional behavior, I chose to disengage and informed her that I was documenting the incident, emphasizing that I was in a public parking lot and therefore entitled to take photos. Throughout the exchange, she continued to taunt me with increased hostility and even smiled while yelling insults. I maintained my composure and simply stated that I intended to write a review detailing the incident. The manner in which she handled the situation was unprofessional, especially considering she was not even the staff member serving me. The entire situation was sparked by my innocuous inquiry regarding potential false advertising, and I found it perplexing that she felt compelled to intervene and create a scene despite not being on duty.
