- BSBrayden Serhyenko1 day ago1.0Customer service guy was rude and was just standing there doing nothing while my girlfriend waited 15 minutes for him before saying something to him. I then later phoned to see if the rest of my order was there since for 4+ business days and I hadn’t gotten the order ready email like the rest of my order. It shows online to phone the specific store to check in this circumstance. He was being a sick and told me I don’t have the ability to see if it’s there online as I was literally looking at my order on the website looking at it that exact moment. He then said he doesn’t have the ability to look and see if my order is actually ready for pick up. I phoned the Canada number and she told me he can look at it and it’s there. Twice in a row the customer service was awful at this specific location

We were there to buy a gun and picked out a scope and then the manager in the gun section said they couldn’t promise it would fit but wanted us to pay for it and come back and if it didn’t fit they’d refund us but their own manager of that department couldn’t answer any questions about that department. Veronica should not be a manager of a department she can’t even answer basic questions for or even ask someone to come help answer a question.
