- KPkamal pannu3 days ago2.0I went to the store to buy men’s hoodies. Near the counter, I only saw two colors, and I liked one of them. Before going to the store, I had already checked online and saw there were more colors available in my size at this location. I asked a sales rep about the other colors and even showed him the stock availability on my phone. He still told me they only had two colors in men’s hoodies. Since I also wanted to buy a cap, I picked one up and thought maybe I should just place the hoodie order online instead. But when I went back to return the cap to the shelf, I found all the hoodie colors sitting there in another section. I literally came to the store just for hoodies. The sales rep could not even put in the minimum effort to actually check before giving wrong information. Very disappointing customer service.
