  I have tried to call the store and I’ve called six times in the last hour. You can’t tell me that they’re that busy. No one can answer the phone. I guess I’ll just go somewhere else to buy a couple pairs of shoes.

  Extremely disappointed with the customer service here, and seeing other reviews proves I am not alone. The staff members are consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming to minorities. I noticed a clear double standard where employees are nice to white customers but treat people of other races poorly. During my visit, I asked a cashier if my reward points would be refunded if I returned an item, and she flatly told me "No." After checking the store's official policy myself, I found out that you absolutely can get them back. Dealing with a rude, discriminatory attitude is unacceptable, and being given completely incorrect information by staff makes it even worse. Management needs to address this biased behaviour.

  I went in today to purchase a pair of shoes and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The older lady working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was very little help available in the store, and it felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Customer service makes a big difference when people are spending their money, and this experience was very disappointing. If someone truly dislikes their job that much, it might be time to consider finding a different one where customer service isn’t part of the role.
