The staff members are consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming to minorities. I noticed a clear double standard where employees are nice to white customers but treat people of other races poorly. During my visit, I asked a cashier if my reward points would be refunded if I returned an item, and she flatly told me "No." After checking the store's official policy myself, I found out that you absolutely can get them back. Dealing with a rude, discriminatory attitude is unacceptable, and being given completely incorrect information by staff makes it even worse. Management needs to address this biased behaviour.
