  First I called to see what sizes they took. Told me they take up to 6x. I said ok I have some 1x to 3x. Take the clothes in. Had to wait 2 hours for them to sort. I go back after 2 hours. They tell me they couldn't take any of my clothes coz they werent " new " enough.& they only take clothes that cater to the teenagers or younger women! Im a mature woman..in her 60's. So my clothes were not want they take. They were all blouses/ sweaters in good shape. Some of the clothes still had tags on them. My question is...when I called why don't they tell you the kind of clothes they take? When I came back to pick them up. It honestly looked like they never even looked at them very closely. Not happy with theur whole process!

  I love going to Plato’s closet!! Everytime I am there I am always welcomed in. Specifically on my one visit where Addison helped me out and was so kind and awesome to me. She helped me navigate through how the process works of selling my clothes and getting cash back for it. That was so awesome! Thanks Addison. Will definitely be coming back in the future to drop off clothes.

  Payton and Avaya were great help this Saturday. Payton greeted us at the door, helped us navigate the store layout as it had changed since the last time we shopped there. Avaya at the clothing drop station was very helpful in answering my questions about how to sell to Platos, and gave me a few tips on how to best prep my clothes before bringing them in. Both were very professional, friendly, and worked hard to keep the store tidy & customers happy. Happy with our purchases! thanks ladies!

  I had such a great experience at Plato’s Closet, and I especially want to compliment Addison! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping me. Addison was professional, patient, and had such a positive attitude.   I went into Plato’s Closet looking for some new jeans and clothes for fall, and I had such a great experience! I always love getting the employees opinions when I’m shopping, and Ireland and Claire were both such a huge help. They gave me so many great suggestions, helped me find pieces I wouldn’t have originally picked out on my own, and made the whole experience so much easier and more fun. They were both so friendly and genuinely seemed excited to help me put together different outfits and find things I loved. I ended up leaving with way more than I expected thanks to their recommendations!
