- APAlex PApr 4, 20261.0Extremely poor customer service at this Sunglass Hut location, specifically from the store manager, Terrance. I went in to return an online purchase (Oakley Meta glasses) within the 30-day return window, and instead of helping, he repeatedly tried to avoid processing the refund. First, I was told to come back when he was in the store so he could look up my order. When I returned, he refused to even try to find it without the order number—even though this is something that can be done with basic customer info. I had to call customer service myself to get the order number and come back a THIRD time. Even then, he continued to resist, telling me that if the glasses were defective I would need to deal directly with the brand or only do an exchange—completely contradicting Sunglass Hut’s clearly stated 30-day refund or exchange policy. On my third visit, he was dismissive and unprofessional, made me wait while helping customers who arrived after me (because they were buying, not returning), and even disappeared to the back for 20 minutes instead of assisting me. After all that, once he finally decided to process the return, it took less than 3 minutes. This felt like a deliberate attempt to avoid issuing a refund and push me away until I gave up. Completely unacceptable behavior from a store manager. Sunglass Hut seriously needs to train their staff—especially management—on their own policies and basic customer service. I will not be returning to this location.
