When I came on Oct 16, he said he didn’t answer the phone because he was “in the restroom.” My lenses had been sitting in their mailbox for weeks. When I asked him to change them, he said his blood sugar was low and he needed to eat first 🤦♀️. Later he claimed it wasn’t his job and gave me a fake customer service number! The other Sunglass Hut in the mall is way better — go there instead.

I tried to return $560 sunglasses I was gifted — and was given the runaround three days in a row. Day 1: Came in with a gift receipt — staff refused the return or issue a store credit, said I needed the original receipt. Day 2: Came back with the original receipt — now they said they can’t process any refunds without a manager present — and gave me no option to resolve it. They basically held my money hostage. Day 3: Came back again — finally got a refund from the manager Terrance, but only after I had to give my full name and phone number just to get my money back. This wasn’t customer service — it was obstruction. Either the staff isn’t trained or they’re deliberately making returns as difficult as possible to discourage them. Either way, it’s unacceptable for a company like Sunglass Hut. I will never shop at this location again.
