  My wife wanted to stop by this Steve Madden shoe store inside Westfield Sherman Oaks while we were there over the weekend. This store is on the first floor close to where Macy is. My wife wanted to look at their boots selection to see if it's worth buying here. When we walked into the store, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. My wife told her that she was just browsing so she left us alone. This is a women only store so I didn't see any items for men. My wife saw a boot she like but it is as pricey to her so she didn't buy it.

  Bought 2 set of shoes there, the sales man was friendly but when he went inside to get my new shoes he immediately put them in the bag and rang me up;to my surprise when i got home & opened the box he had given me displayed shoe which happened to be stained and all used, I couldn't believe he did that,just because I'm Hispanic he thought i wouldn't say anything; I suppose,I called them up yesterday but no one answered will call them up again today,.I will see what happens.
