  The manager was so terrible. I got an email this morning advertising a 20% discount, but it would not allow me to use the discount when I ordered the "get well" basket. The website wants to charge the full price. I called and the staff was very nice. She transferred me to the manager and the situation went downhill. He said that I could not text him a picture of the discount. He insisted that he could not do anything for me. He informed me that the delivery cost will be $15+. He could not honor the discount, which, according to the manager, is a corporate issue and he does not have anything to do with it. I just talked over me in an effort to control the narrative. I hanged up on him. I unsubscribed from the email. Bye bye. You just lost another customer, Edible.

  Absolutely terrible experience with Edible Arrangements on Soledad Canyon. I paid about $70 per arrangement and what I got was completely not worth it—tiny strawberries, bland taste, and overall very poor quality. This is supposed to be a premium product, but it felt cheap and disappointing. What really made this experience unacceptable was the owner’s response. Instead of trying to fix the issue, she said she “does nothing for unsatisfied customers” and brushed it off with “everyone’s taste buds are different.” That is honestly one of the most dismissive and ridiculous things you can say to a paying customer. It’s not about “taste buds”—it’s about quality and customer service. When multiple things are clearly below standard, the right response is to make it right, not to dismiss the customer. For the price they charge, the lack of accountability is shocking. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

  I have had the pleasure of ordering quality products from this Edible Arrangements on several occasions. Not only are the items put together in a lovely way, Aram the manager and his mother provide such wonderful customer service. They really go above and beyond and take pride in their work. This is a go-to when I want a healthy, creative gift to give someone.

  They deserve zero stars! My boyfriend ordered me edibles and flowers for Valentine’s and they did a no call, no show! Completely ruined our day having us wait with no form of communication through their end. They could’ve given us a call, anything would’ve been better. Their excuse was that they were too “busy” if you are too “busy” and aren’t able to do same deliver as advertised online then DON’T advertise it! It’s false advertisement! To top it off they randomly refunded him in the morning but are keeping the $30 tip! I called and I was told they couldn’t find the tip through their end although it’s in the order summary and in our bank statement. I was promised a call back from the manager and I have yet to receive it. Please order from a small business who actually cares for their customers and won’t rob you.
