- AAAnthony5 days ago5.0Me and my daughter came here for her bday shopping spree. It’s so much better to be able to try the shoes on in store than shopping online. Almost always have to exchange. Cielo checked us out and was very friendly and helpful. She helped my daughter set up a DSW account so she would get points. She also took the time to Manually add her Bday so she would get a gift next year. It’s always such a plus to have a good associate in store. It makes you want to come back. Cielo did a great job. They always have an amazing selection for everyone. I have been here a couple times and I always find something I like. My daughter has been here a couple times in the past months. It’s the first shoe place she wants to go.

Her communication style was rude and unprofessional, and it created an unpleasant experience. A manager should lead by example, and this behavior does not reflect good leadership or customer service. I strongly encourage upper management to reevaluate this situation.
