I didn’t even end up buying a pair of glasses today, but I had to hop on here and leave a review because the customer service I received from Andrea was on a whole different level. If you are stopping by, you HAVE to look for her. Andrea was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made the entire visit feel like a masterclass in how to treat people. I was blown away by how much she knew about every lens type and frame—she’s a total pro who clearly knows her stuff inside and out. It’s so rare to find someone this genuine and helpful without any ‘salesy’ pressure. She was just a wonderful person to talk to and went above and beyond to make sure I got all the info I needed. If you want a 10/10 experience in Santa Rosa, go see Andrea.
