  Awful experience with this place. Spent over $50 on prints to give to friends as gifts as I was moving away to another state. I go to pick them up and there’s something way off about the color and the only response was “the printer fluctuates sometimes try ordering more with express instead” I was literally moving the next day I did not have the time or capacity for that I was not given the option to reject the prints as I had already paid. I tried to just accept it but the color is just so off and sure enough when I got to my new home and unpacked I found a print from this shop I got a year ago I ordered it exactly the same way and had edited them the same as well. I get that the screen is different from the print but these straight up have like a sepia tone on them it looks horrible for over $50 I tried reaching out on their contact form on the website and got no response so I’m leaving this review I wish I could give 0 stars absolutely do not recommend this place.

  We went in to ask questions about photos for our wedding invitations & Jimmy was knowledgeable & friendly. We had a great experience & are very glad with the quality of the product.

  A long-time Santa Rosa store, I've used them for passport photos and digitizing 8mm and VHS tapes and even a couple of cassette tapes. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, they do have an amazing selection of camera equipment!

  came in to trade my camera, which was basically new and was given a worth 1/7 (a canon g5x worth 699.99 and i was offered 110) of what it originally cost to buy it. plus when i came in a nice lady referred me to the best person to talk to about my case. so not only did this man take forever walking back and forth as if he was purposely trying to avoid me telling me “oh it will just be a minute.” at the last second he went to an employee who was ALREADY helping someone and started to say to him “so are we gonna do a switch?? can we do a switch??” and i could see the confusion on the employees face, making him leave the person he was already helping. just terrible customer service. making me wait only to trade out and help someone else.
