  Unpleasant staff and an abhorrent waste of time/money. While in the village for Sur La Table with my daughter in law, I stopped to see if they had something for one of my teenaged granddaughters, as the pieces advertised appeared “younger,” if you know what I mean. From start to finish NO professionalism!! She did not greet us, we were ignored completely. I noticed many things were plated, so I wanted to ask if they carried any solid gold because I don’t buy plated jewelry. It just breaks. Her response was “it’s all gold.” Not only is this response flippant, but also demonstrates that the staff don’t know anything about jewelry. Now I don’t know about you, but trusting my money in the hands of someone like that isn’t an idea I am fond of!!! Liz

  I love visiting Gorjana in Montgomery Village! The girls here are wonderful, and the store is always so beautiful. My favorite jewelry brand, I always find what I need there.

  I went here thinking it was a nice new store based on the advertising but I'm Shocked at the prices. Very very expensive costume jewelry, a lot of plated garbage. Take it from someone who has been collecting jewelry for over 30 years. Don't waste your money on this cheap stuff that is so overpriced and in the long run worth nothing. Can't even repair it if it breaks because it's plated. Take this to any real jeweler they will laugh in your face.
