    DO NOT SHOP HERE. My wife purchased 2 pair of glasses for me a year ago and added the warranty. I took my glasses in before the end of my 13 month warranty. They unfortunately did not have my glasses in stock so they had to place an order, one of them being on back order. I called a few weeks later to follow up and was informed that I'd receive a call when they were ready. When I finally did receive the call, a few days before the cut off, I was NOT informed that I needed to pick up my glasses before a specific date or else it would be void. So to my unfortunate surprise, I went in today to pick up my glasses and was informed that because I surpassed the cut off date by a few days, they would be unable to give me my glasses. Horrible customer service. Do not shop at the santa rosa plaza location.

    I really wish I remembered his name but the service here was awesome. Gentleman cleaned my own pair of sunglasses and helped us shop. I bought a pair of Raybans through him before - sharp dude. Didnt end up buying at this time but if I am in the market for a pair this is one of my 1st stops!
