  Went there for their expert appraisers made an appointment went in VERY disappointed. I made it a point to bring my $40,000 bracelet that is a Picasso just to see if they were going to be honest about my jewelry they told me, They would be able to offer me $1,000 dollars, Shocked to say the least....I had the appraisal paperwork with me which I didn't even bother to show him at this point, I was very disappointed, I used to love Santa Monica jewelry, they used to be a very honest company apparently something is taking a turn for the worst. At this point I was sick to my stomach but I didn't say anything I just kind of smiled and showed him a few other little things. I showed him some other rings one that I just bought at Tiffany's for $17,000 about 6 months ago the guy told me that they would give me $200 for it. I seriously wanted to laugh I couldn't believe that this guy was trying to pull a fast one. ALL IN ALL GO SOMEPLACE THAT'S HONEST THIS PLACE THEY'RE NOT HONEST, THEY'RE JUST TRYING TO GET ONE OVER ON PEOPLE AND SOME PEOPLE REALLY NEED THE MONEY TO HELP THEIR FAMILIES OR FOR THEMSELVES IN THIS DAY AND AGE. I'M SORRY BUT THEY GET A BELOW ONE STAR HONESTY SHOULD HAVE BEEN THEIR BEST POLICY FIRST AND FOREMOST HURTS MY HEART TO SEE HOW THIS COMPANY WENT DOWN AND TO TAKE FROM YOUR NEIGHBORS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Such a disappointment I used to love this place such a horrible horrible disappointment to think that they're treating people and taking them for you know their valuables when in this day and age some people just can't afford to not sell what they have just to survive and the way they ripped we're trying to rip me off very very very very very very bad
