By the time I left, we'd gone through all the many choices and features and I found the perfect insert. It was installed last week and I LOVE it! What a wonderful addition to the room. No more dealing with wood, smoke, kindling etc. Being able to use a remote to turn it on is amazing and it warms the entire room. I was delighted with the store and their terrific assortment of working styles to look at and Julie was outstanding. I highly recommend and am so glad to have such a terrific business in Santa Cruz.

They connected us with Jesse Duran for the installation, and he did an outstanding job. Jesse took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly and showed us how to use the stove safely and effectively. He even helped with some additional tile work around the fireplace at a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier with the service.
