- GGGinaDec 18, 20251.0If I could give a 0 I would the device is horrible got stranded for an hour yesterday kept saying blow harder or hum louder or blow longer called to cancel and get it removed and get a refund rep said it would need to be approved for removal which may take 7 days then informed of an 80 dollar “administrative fee” for cancellation and have to submit a complaint for reimbursement with “proof “ of why I want to cancel so now I’m out 200 for installation 120 in “fees” and 117 for first month this company is a complete scam once they get your money for signing the will hold you hostage to get it removed with more fees! This company needs to be held accountable for misleading quotes poor customer service and devices that set you up for being stranded I will be contacting the better business bureau lesson learned read the reviews they are all horrible and I’m sure this review will never be posted by them so I will do it on other platforms

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.

Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
