Okay, I looked into it myself; then, it took *them* another 24 hours to figure out why I could no longer use the 15% "first order" promo code. 24 hours? It was so stupid respond .Are you serious? An incredibly incompetent organization. Never again. In all my years of online shopping, I have never encountered such terrible treatment of a customer. I think they greedy the 15% discount, because both a friends tried to make a purchase using the promo code, and right after clicking "complete order," became white page.
