  As someone local to the Bay Area, I’ve visited the San Jose Boutique on and off the past years, but have become more keen on spending time at the store and with the staff during more recent visits. I have to compliment the Boutique Leadership on significantly streamlining their operations, execution, and customer care - the improvement is evident based on my latest experiences. Everett has been a good partner, leader, and is overall a decent human. As an enthusiast and collector, all one can ask for is someone who understands the nuance of this hobby and spends time talking to people in truly non-transactional ways. It does make a difference.

  I finally acquired my dream Rolex to celebrate my birthday. This watch marks my second Rolex purchase in two and a half years. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this location, the team is consistently warm, welcoming, and deeply respectful. Specifically, Yvette and Roksana are absolutely awesome to work with. Every time I visit, they greet me personally and go out of their way to ensure I feel like a VIP customer. This exceptional level of service stands in stark contrast to my experiences with other authorized dealers I visited prior to this boutique. I am incredibly grateful for the seamless and professional experience. Thank you so much to the entire team.

  I’ve been coming into J. Licht & Sons for the better part of the last year. Starting my Rolex journey with Matias, who treated us with nothing but respect and professionalism. As I would often pop-in to the boutique, we came to really get to know each other and I felt he was invested in my interests as we were with his. Eventually, coming into the store didn’t feel like just an opportunity to talk about timepieces, but rather to say hello and catch up with an old friend. I was realistic with my expectations on the timepieces I had on my registry, they weren’t very typical as a first purchase. Regardless, coming in to just catch up was like clockwork…….until recently when we showed up at the boutique unannounced and he surprised us with the timepiece I’ve always had my sights on. The timing couldn’t be better as my fiancé and I have our wedding coming up! The presentation was phenomenal, I was speechless and the timepiece is everything I imagined and more! But honestly, we felt lucky and grateful to have connected on a personal level with Matias. If you’re ever in the market for a Rolex, don’t be shy to come to this boutique, the team has a great vibe, high attention to detail, and will make you feel welcome. Thanks again to the J.Licht Team!   I had a great experience working with Trissine. Even though I arrived late to my appointment, she was incredibly welcoming and immediately offered me a drink, which set a very positive tone. She took the time to show me all the watches I was interested in trying on. We had a genuine conversation about watches, and it felt more like a thoughtful, personalized experience rather than a transactional visit. She also made sure to register my interest properly and even gave me a magazine to take home, which was a nice touch. This is what customer service should look like. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaging. Regardless of whether I’m able to secure any of the watches I registered for, this was a standout experience and absolutely worth recognizing.

  Everett delivered an outstanding experience that truly reflects the level of care and professionalism one hopes for when purchasing a Rolex. From our first interaction, it was clear that he takes pride in creating meaningful client relationships and ensuring each detail is handled thoughtfully. This was an important milestone piece for me, and Everett made the entire process feel incredibly special. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the experience seamless and memorable. It’s clear he genuinely cares about both the brand and the client experience. I initially walked in with zero expectations simply to look and admire a few pieces. I almost forgot I came in to look at some pieces because he was just so fun to talk to! It truly was a unique, spontaneous and memorable experience because he made the interaction more focused on building a relationship with me. Needless to say it was an absolutely pleasant surprise to be presented with a very special box to find the piece that I’ve been wanting! I’m quite sure the entire store heard my excitement as it progressively increased in octaves. I also wanted to express my appreciation to the rest of the staff as their joy in seeing my excitement really made it even more memorable! I greatly appreciate the time and effort he put into making this moment memorable and I look forward to working with him again!
