  I had a truly disappointing experience at the Balenciaga store. The customer service was shockingly poor from start to finish. The staff were not only unhelpful, but also dismissive and uninterested in resolving a very simple issue. Instead of offering solutions or even basic courtesy, they made the situation unnecessarily difficult and left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. For a brand that positions itself as luxury, the in-store service was anything but. I expected professionalism, support, and at least a respectful interaction — I received none of that. After this visit, I can honestly say I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other luxury houses that treat their customers with far more care and respect.

  I bought a piece of clothing from Balenciaga, and when I got home, I discovered it was defective. When I went back to the store to return or exchange it, the staff refused to accept the return, were extremely rude, and even told me to leave the store. One of the staff members even said, “I can order another one for you, but I can’t guarantee that one will be good either.” This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable for a luxury brand like Balenciaga. Customers expect quality products and respectful service, not arrogance and carelessness. I’m very disappointed and feel that Balenciaga should take responsibility for the quality of their products and train their staff on proper customer service and professionalism. I hope the management team will review this incident and ensure that no other customer experiences the same treatment.

  To the manager and the Asian female sale, you need to at least take some training on how to serve customers and not acting like a rude non-educated person (like knowing people say excuse me if you want to go pass another person) to be called a luxury brand sales
