- TTThitsarDec 27, 20255.0Deepika provided outstanding customer service on Christmas Eve at the Macy’s Men’s Ray-Ban shop. Even though she was working alone, the mall was about to close, and there were many customers in the store, she remained incredibly patient, calm, and kind the entire time. She took the time to help both me and my mom without rushing us and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out, especially during such a busy and stressful time. Both my mom and I are very grateful for her help and would happily give her 5 stars. Macy’s is lucky to have someone like Deepika!
