  Very poor customer service. The staff is mean, rude and unwelcoming which is quite unfortunate. they made me feel so uncomfortable that I just ended up leaving without buying anything. Will be making a formal complaint because it’s unacceptable.

  I love Steve Madden shoes but this store is awful. The girls they hire have the worst attitude. As if Steve Madden was so high luxury to warrant that kind of snobbery. Never welcoming as you come in, actual glaring at you as you approach them, and dont acknowledge until a long time has passed. They seem annoyed when you ask them for shoes in your size. I didn’t think the shoes I tried were right for me. So I walked to the front to return them, and as I walked to the front these white girls were just huddled together ALL of them glaring at me. Not a smile, just a blank stare. As if my mere presence alone bothered them. And I’ve noticed this over the past few years. lol different group of girls but the same problem. It really almost makes the shopping experience here entirely miserable. It was giving racism. Yikes Steven Madden. Do better. Until then, I will spend my money literally anywhere else.

  I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sylvia last night, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service she provided. Sylvia was absolutely fantastic and truly made my entire experience. Despite the hectic holiday shopping environment and several customers simultaneously demanding her attention, she remained calm, kind, and completely professional. What impressed me most was her ability to give each person the same level of patience, care, and genuine attentiveness, no matter how chaotic the situation became. She handled every interaction with grace and a positive attitude, ensuring that no one felt rushed or overlooked. Employees like Sylvia make a world of difference. Her dedication, warmth, and professionalism set a standard that should be recognized and celebrated. I left with not only what I needed, but with an appreciation for the outstanding service she provided. Thank you again Sylvia! I will definitely be back.
