    I recently had an incredible experience with Jay, the manager at Marc Jacobs, and I just had to share! I was hunting for a limited edition tote bag, “Denim Tears,” that I needed, and after calling the store to inquire about it, I spoke with Jay. While he regretfully informed me that they didn’t have the bag in stock, I was blown away by the customer service he provided. Instead of saying “no” and “ thank you for calling Marc Jacobs,” Jay asked about my preferences and offered to check other locations for availability. What truly impressed me was his genuine passion for helping customers. He didn’t rush the conversation but listened attentively, ensuring me they were there to help and would do all that he could to assist me in finding the bag. Guess what? He found a bag and gave me the information, and the other store completed the transaction and shipped it to me at home. It's rare to find good customer service and someone who cares about the customers, but Jay and Marc Jacobs did that! It wasn't anything too fancy or over the top, but something simple like, “Would you like me to check other stores for you?” I didn't even have to ask. Thanks to him. I’ll keep Marc Jacobs on my radar, and I look forward to making more purchases in the future!

    I call yesterday to check the store hours the lady who answered said yesterday will be closing by 8pm and today Friday at 9pm guess what…. It was closed, is this considered a quality store…. I drove 4 hours to the store for nothing…. Customers are obviously not respected at this store based on the misleading information that they gave me. I am overly disappointed with this and are not pleased at all. That’s why I will be giving it a 1 star rating not just to the store but to the employees for giving me false information.
