  Had a wonderful experience at Louis Vuitton. The collection was beautiful and well curated, and the overall store experience was excellent. Kris provided outstanding service, very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Truly appreciated the professionalism and warmth. Loved the collection and the service. Highly recommended.

  Easily one of the worst retail experiences in my life, not only from being insulted to a racially profile when they mentioned that I should look at the price of the bag before showing them to me. This was all done by Savannah honestly, I don’t even know how someone like that is still employed on that store. I honestly do not feel safe coming back to the store. I mentioned this to my therapist and they advise me that people like this are horrible for overcoming the everyday issues that we as a human have to go through.

  Phenomenal service ALWAYS. This is my go to lv store whether to window shop or do some actual shopping. The sales associates are always 10/10 and I have always been treated well. Cannot recommend this lv store enough!

  Came looking for a specific pair of Mizz Z sandal 80mm Black for my partner for her Engagement surprise and her PhD graduation, and Kaela Hernandez did an amazing job of showing the products and others one's. She got my partner fitted for the right size, now I'm just waiting for the order to come to surprise my partner.

  Excellent customer service. I went to the store 20 minutes before they closed and they provided me the best customer service. The manager Elizabeth was great and the customer advisor Danyah was amazing too. I’m highly satisfied and I highly recommend it this location
