  Over the past 23 years, I’ve made purchases at every Bay Area location, and this one is by far my favorite. It’s a high-traffic store, so it can get quite busy—especially on weekends—but it’s well worth the visit. The client services team is consistently attentive and welcoming, and Kwame in repairs truly stands out. Exceptional service all around.

  My wife and I have been coming to this Louis Vuitton location for years, and most of our past experiences have been positive. The client advisors have always been welcoming, attentive, and even offered beverages during our visits, which made the experience cool. That's why this recent purchase was disappointing. We bought the Murakami mini bum bag online and had it delivered to this location, and when my wife picked it up she noticed the heat stamp was crooked. It was marked defective and sent for repair, but during the handling process the interior came back with dirty marks that were not there before. Fortunately, an associate documented that my wife would be eligible for a full refund since the issue was not her fault. When we returned, there was some pushback about how the marks happened, and without that note she likely would have been pushed toward an exchange instead. This experience made us question the handling and overall QC, which was frustrating given how positive our visits have been in the past.

  I am not a fan of designers, especially for artificially creating demand and making customers wait in a queue. LV comes on top, although I agree some of their bags and apparel are stylish. But the issue is with how they treat prospective customers

  There is zero quality control here un this store. I'm very disappointed in the online pickup order at the Valley Fair Louis Vuitton store that I immediately returned while in store. The pair ofsunglasses had scratches on it and the iconic orange gift bag had wrinkels on it. How is this the Louis Vuitton quality? We know LV as the benchmark in fashion and here were the sunglasses not even cleaned properly. There were finger prints on it. These sunglasses were shipped to the store from somewhere else. It was the store's responsibility to ensure that the customer was getting the best product. It was an $800 sunglass for my wife and looked completely used. We know and have researched all about the patina and the vachetta leather and know it stains over time so that's understandable but I'm talking about packed pieces having wrinkles on the leather straps here and there. We expect LV quality to be spotless when shelving that kind of money. The staff has always been courteous here. However, a gentleman that was assigned to us in our previous visit told us that all bags were the same. He did not know any difference between the bags with patina and without them. We left thinking we should try ordering online and maybe then we would recieve a flawless piece. We were wrong! We returned the sunglasses and are happy that we did.
