Never had that kind of experience ever even at owned LV stores . Honestly bloomingdale LV store in the mall is MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN THE LV STORE ITSELF. Customer service at LV store was literally so bad i didn’t even want to purchase the bag from LV anymore.
