  My husband and I were looking for something special to celebrate my motherhood, and the Peekaboo instantly caught our eye! Emory, our sales associate, truly made the experience unforgettable. Out of all the luxury stores we’ve visited, he stands out as one of the friendliest and most attentive we’ve encountered. He added such a personal touch to the whole process, and his engaging personality made the entire shopping experience so enjoyable. We especially loved hearing about the rich history and design stories behind the Peekaboo—it really brought the piece to life. Highly recommend working with Emory for a top-notch shopping experience! Couldn’t be happier with our choice!

  Our visit to Fendi was a wonderful experience. Dante provided exceptional service, showing my wife the bags she loved and assisting us with a men’s sunglasses purchase. When I requested a brand-new pair, he promptly arranged to have it shipped to me. The service was warm, attentive, and efficient. Thank you for your efforts and excellent hospitality.

  I bought a Fendi watch from Nordstrom that didn’t run, so I assume it had a dead battery. I called Fendi customer service and was instructed to go to the boutique. I went to the boutique, and they recommended that I just pay for a watch repair shop to do it out of pocket myself instead of waiting for it to be shipped, which may take 8 weeks. While they were polite, I didn’t feel like I was helped when the product I just received should have been working. Expected to have consistent information so the customer service could have just told me to do that or someone should have been able to fix it in store or helped me send it off. Hope fixing it myself won’t void the warranty.
