She was exceptional in her communication and the team was very hospitable. They were fairly quick with my request and got me the right size in the item I needed from an offsite pop-up. This team has amazing coordination and they're such a pleasure to chat with. Thank you!!

Then I had to log in the Columbia website to let her check my orders. Though I found what she needed at the end are order numbers that I can offered with my notes. Along with her coldness and poker face, I received that she wasn’t happy I was returning products though they were unworn and I was the only customer. I got an upset experience, you got a 2 star rating, fair enough
