- AAAmyMar 3, 20261.0I had a frustrating experience at this Columbia Sportswear store. The store manager appeared to be unfamiliar with Columbia’s return policy, which made what should have been a straightforward return unnecessarily difficult. To clarify the policy, I had to call Columbia customer service while standing in the store. The representative confirmed that the manager’s interpretation of the return policy was incorrect. After that, the manager said she was “making an exception,” even though this is actually the standard return procedure. For other shoppers: review the return policy yourself before purchasing, and don’t rely solely on what in-store staff may tell you.

She was exceptional in her communication and the team was very hospitable. They were fairly quick with my request and got me the right size in the item I needed from an offsite pop-up. This team has amazing coordination and they're such a pleasure to chat with. Thank you!!
