    I’ve been wearing Cole Haan shoes for years, and they continue to be my favorite—especially the sneakers. The quality is excellent, and they’re consistently comfortable. The laser wingtips in Morel-Marmalade are my go-to for holidays when I know I’ll be doing a lot of walking—they’re versatile, stylish, and hold up really well. I own multiple pairs and have been using them for years, and they’ve proven to be durable and reliable.     Love my shoes. Kind of annoyed that both Indochino and my Cole Haan store associate Brandon promised me a discount but then Brandon decided not to give it to me for some unknown reason. I could have bought black oxfords anywhere but it was a referral with a promise that wasn't kept.

    They closed half an hour early so I couldn't make a return on day one. Today I came back and during the 5pm shift they lied to me when I was going to return shoes bought at another Cole Haan location. They claimed it was bought at an outlet so I have to return an outlet. I just came back and checked with my wife and it's not an outlet (Cole Haan in Durham, NC). I was totally duped, swindlers. Now I have to make a trip a third time 1/7 update: called Cole Haan Outlet & they confirmed indeed I had bought at regular Cole Haan non-outlet. Wow
