  The fact that this is a designer store, the level of service should be much higher not comparable to a basic clothing store in the mall. From the start, there were very few customers but me and husband weren’t even greeted and I had to walk up to someone myself. I asked for a specific pair and she brought me a different shoe but in my head I thought this was the black 100mm height I asked for so I won’t doubt they would bring something else but instead I was repeatedly given 120 mm, which runs very small, while the 100 mm runs very big. When I asked for my size in the 100 mm, they placed an order in the size that would work for a 120 mm but was obviously too big for the 100 mm. As I was waiting for my shoe to arrive, I went next door to Nordstrom and tried 8 and they fit me perfectly and they were a lot nicer but I wanted to go to the flagship store because as a girl you want the whole experience to feel magical! As an employee basic product knowledge and small talk with a client is a key, rather than making the whole process a continuing battle for sizing going back and forth from my house to the store which is an hour away and in the end they ask to build a clientele profile but it’s seems pointless. By the third visit, I was being told by the Asian man to not bother getting 8 it will be too tight but when brought it out finally that was actually my correct size. I told him that’s my original size and you guys have been saying these specific shoes run big and 81/2 pops off the heel. When I finally wore the 8 he say to the other girl just let her try whatever size she wants!? I overheard other customers asking to speak to specific staff members because they wanted to return their shoes due to poor fit. I came in for the first time because my husband brought me as an anniversary gift but the entire experience turned into a frustrating hassle instead of something enjoyable. I will keep my pair of heels because I love Louboutins but I wouldn’t recommend coming here for the first time. I will say in the end I finally got my dream pair all thanks to Catherine who I met on my last visit. She’s a wonderful girl who has a pure heart and really felt like a friend yet so very informative and professional. I hope she becomes manager and teaches everyone a lesson.

  Disappointing exeperiance.. Going into this store I already had an idea of what heels I wanted to purchase as I had previously browsed online. My husband decided we drive out of town to get the full experiance in case I seen another pair I liked. Off the bat as we walked in we were not greeted. There were two associates and one customer at the time we walked in. I looked around for a bit and was shocked how small of a selection they had of heels. As I was done looking around I found the pair I liked and still waited to see if either one of the associates would come and ask if I needed help. After waiting a while I decided to walk up to one of the associates and ask if I could get help with the size I needed. She was helpful. She gave me different sizes and different styles to try on. As that was happening another customer walked in and was greeted and helped right away by the same associate that was helping me. I picked my pair I wanted and said I was ready to purchase. I was told to hang tight as the other lady was also purchasing at the same time. She was offered a beverage while she waited. As I wasn't even offered anything while we waited. I was very disappointed. I told my husband let's leave we'll just order online. However he insisted we drove from far away let's just get them. I would have loved to come back and purchase another pair but after that experiance I rather not even bother. Love love love my heels their gorgeous but that will be my last time I purchase from this brand. First empressions and customer service is a huge deal to me and if I'm going to spend a large amount of money I expect to have a great experience and be treated fair !

  Hieu was absolutely exceptional today! I came in last minute looking for formal shoes, and even though the exact style I wanted wasn’t available, he went above and beyond to help. He showed me three great alternatives, took the time to widen the shoe for comfort, and was incredibly patient while I made my decision. Outstanding service like this deserves recognition—Hieu truly embodied it today!

  Bought a $995 pair of heels to have them snap in 5 minutes.. Didn't even walk out of my house... Been trying to call the store and they do not anwser or have a way to leave a message. I emailed them now hoping to get them to replace my sandals. I'll change my post on e i get some help.. Been calling for 2 days..

  After reading several reviews about a difficult manager who was unpleasant to interact with, I was apprehensive about how my experience with a return transaction would go, but the employees I encountered (Hieu and another nice young lady whose name I did not get) were very polite and helpful (to the extent that I was happy to stay & make further purchases within store).
