  Visited this store on a sunday afternoon, there were only 2 customers and around 10 sales associate, when we walked in we were told someone will assist her and we should look around in the meanwhile, we stood there for 15-20 mins and although the sales associates were unoccupied they did not check in with us. when we walked out we told the lady at the entrance that we were not attended to and she is said someone should be with us and there were about 6-7 associate just idling. We were most likely judged as were brown people in casual clothes. Terrible customer service at this location

  I had such a wonderful experience at Cartier thanks to Nicole Do. I’ve loved the brand for years, and this was my first time purchasing directly from a boutique. My husband and I came in to choose a Love bracelet as a Valentine’s Day gift, and Nicole made the entire visit feel special. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive without ever making us feel rushed. After receiving my bracelet, I realized the size might be slightly too snug for everyday wear and reached out to her the next day. I expected the exchange process to be complicated since I live out of state, but Nicole responded within hours, clearly walked me through everything, and even followed up to make sure it all went smoothly. She made the process effortless and ensured I received the correct size in time for Valentine’s Day. Her level of care truly stood out. I already loved Cartier, but this experience made me even more confident that I’ll be returning for future pieces, and I’ll definitely be asking for Nicole again!
