Simply PHENOMENAL service. The sales associates are always top notch. This is my go to store for everything, whether its window shopping or actual shopping. The sales associates are always eager to assist me and answer any questions I may have. They always offer beverages and refreshments which is greatly appreciated. Recently I had the immense pleasure of being assisted by the absolutely incredible Angie. I had come in to get a bracelet resized and Angie was simply phenomenal from the beginning to the end. I was so incredibly well taken care of by everyone in the store and I cannot even begin to describe how incredible the service is. This store is the gold standard!!

Phil at Cartier is honestly the best. Every time I shop with him, he’s so warm, friendly, and makes both my husband & I feel completely welcome. He knows so much about both watches and jewelry, and he explains everything in a way that makes it fun, not overwhelming. I always end up having a good time chatting and trying things on with him. If you ever visit Cartier, definitely look for Phil! He just makes the whole experience better for clients 😌

We wanted to get wedding bands here but the sales associate is extremely unprofessional and judgemental. He refused to show us other ring designs even though we saw so many designs on the website. We went to Tiffany & Co and got our wedding bands there, amazing experiences in Tiffany, the sales person is extremely welcoming and paitence. If you are looking for wedding bands, totally skip this rude shop that has no respect for customers.

I am an absolute clown because I went through the effort of trying to find parking at the mall to shop at this store. They are disgustingly judgemental based on appearance. When we came in, my gf was wearing a dress and I was in sweats. There were 3 people at the door, besides the door holders. They all just looked up and down at my gf and I and didn't say anything. Not even a smile. Not even a dry hello. They didn't even keep looking at us, they went to talk among themselves. If that isn't profiling, they train your workers better because it sure does feel like it. I don't know if them and the managers here realize this, but this is the Bay Area. It's full of nouveau riche tech workers. They dress like bums and have money to spend. You don't just ignore people because they look like they can't/aren't going to buy something. They weren't even busy the day we came in to visit.
When the girl who would later be our sales associate, Nicole, arrived, they directed us to work with her. There was a significant delay and awkward silence waiting for her. Not her fault, she was actually working with another customer unlike the individuals leering at people by the door. And, bless her, if it wasn't for her service, I would not have deign to shop at the Cartier in SF, which gave us a much more positive experience. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness gave me a sliver of hope that maybe there would be another Cartier where people might actually not treat us as invalids. But I would never go back to this store front. I'm not paying a ~700% markup on price of gold to get insulted. If you must buy Cartier, shop at the SF store. We put on the same outfits and the SF store actually treated us like humans.
