  Terrible customer service, female manager was the worse sale I have ever seen. I brought the cloth to return that I purchased in LA only 3 days ago. She told me I was lying and might worn already with her creepy smiling face. Even told customer that trying to hassle the store. I can’t believe she can work at Alo and not get reported! I would never go here again! I also don’t want to buy Alo anymore because how is possible the famous chain shop has no training and such bad attitude at all!

  I’m honestly shocked by how unpleasant the checkout girls were today — though I guess it explains the 2.5 stars. I came in just to return a few online items, and was greeted with the coldest, most unwelcoming looks from the two girls at the counter 🐍🐍. The one processing my return started picking at “lint” on an item that was barely even tried on, doing it slowly and theatrically while I stood there waiting — with a line of about five people behind me. The whole thing felt petty, passive-aggressive, and completely unnecessary. The experience left me genuinely uncomfortable. At this point, Alo isn’t just known for declining product quality — apparently the customer service and employee training are on the same downward trend. Wearing a logo doesn’t give anyone an excuse to treat customers like this. A little basic respect would go a long way. I’ve heard stores can remove 1-star reviews, so I’m giving it a 2. But honestly, it deserves a 0.

  Today, I was at the mall when an active shooter incident happened. I took shelter in an ALO store, and the store associate immediately stepped up to protect everyone who walked in. They stayed extremely calm and gave us clear, reassuring instructions in a moment of real fear. They helped us move into fitting rooms for cover, then guided a group of us into the dressing room and had us wait safely inside a locked area. When it was secure to evacuate, they organized the group and led us out through the emergency exit and directed us to the emergency escape exit. Their awareness, leadership, and care for strangers in a life-or-death moment were truly impressive. This was not just customer service — it was real courage and humanity. Because of their quick thinking, composure, and guidance, we were able to get out safely. Please recognize these associate — they protected real lives today, and I’m extremely grateful. ALO should be proud to have people like them on the team.

  worst customer service. they give so much attitude to customers in such a rude way. they also give private information from customers to the workers so they are able to text us and threaten us. NEVER going back there. fix the situation asap. this worker was the worst and needs to get fired for her unprofessional behavior. texting and threatening us. called up the guy manager and the manager just laughed so unprofessional as well. only helpful ones were the girl manager and mall manager.

  Worst experience EVER! Me and my friends came into alo wanting to buy a set we went into the fitting room and my friend got a small deodorant stain on the bra, we proceeded to tell the staff sorry for the stain we will pay for it, she didn’t say anything to us she threw bra and washed her her hands disgustingly. My friend then goes up to the girl and says hey next time don’t be so disrespectful, she then signed up on alo to get text messages, sales, discounts etc… when we leave the store someone in the store gave my friends number to the same girl who was working the fitting room saying “ next time don’t leave the store crying with you’re ghetto friends, i don’t fight little girls like you” This is so unprofessional and a invasion of my friends privacy. We headed back to the store after the message being sent to my friends and tried telling the manager the story of everything going on this man sat there and LAUGHED at the whole situation, hardly anybody was trying to be helpful, we felt out of place, uncomfortable, and we are NEVER going back to this alo location.
