  Best experience ever! Thank you to Kaela, you made my moms and I first experience unforgettable. I came in to buy my graduation heels and my mom’s pair and Kaela helped us out. She’s so kind and patient. She brought out all the heels we wanted to try on and sizes to make sure we found the ones we loved. If you plan on going to this boutique, make sure to let Kaela help you because you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Kaela!

  I was in need of a pair of Miss Z mules for my daughter graduation photos so I called the closest store to me which was Santa Clara I spoke to an associate named Kaela and she was beyond helpful she answered every question I had assisted me in getting them ordered and deliver to me with two days left to spare. She checked back with me after to make sure I received my order. She went above and beyond to make it happen. You don’t get customer service like that now days. Again thank you Kaela for all your help and making this transaction so seamless. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I am not satisfied with their after service because i had an issue with the pair of shoes which i bought from them . Initially they told me that they gonna fix that within 2 weeks but today when i went to their store after a month they started making excuses and later on i was told that i will get my shoes back with 2or 3 months which is not a appropriate way to deal with a customer.

  This boutique has EXCEPTIONAL service: ask for Jack or Hieu Dao. Jack and Hieu Dao are the most lovely and helpful of people, and they go above and beyond in every aspect of client service. They're incredibly patient (especially when asked to bring out 4 different sizes in 4 different kinds of shoe), knowledgeable about all of Louboutin's offerings including made-to-order shoes, and they never create any kind of pressure to buy in the way that many other luxury salesmen do. I was lucky enough to meet them after having purchased just one pair of Louboutins in my lifetime (I was NOT a high-spend client), and have since purchased many more as a direct result of their care and attention. Jack and Hieu Dao have located pairs of heels for me that couldn't be bought or ordered anywhere else, have stored boots I ordered to the store while I was away for months traveling, and have been steadfast guides in sizing and selection. In this boutique, you are treated like family. I am moving out of the Bay Area next year, but rest assured that I will fly back out to Santa Clara anytime I need to purchase Louboutins-- just for the service.
