I purchased a watch on April 25, 2026, and she made the entire experience feel truly special. Janet is warm, patient, and genuinely kind, and she treats her clients with the utmost respect. She also offered drinks and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. Thank you, Janet, for going above and beyond! I look forward to visiting again!
- AIAdrian Ilada6 days ago1.0I got my watch serviced here. They ruined my watch! Who the hell services their watches?! They're not careful, they put a lot of scratches on my watch! They treat their watches like it's cheap. Is this Cartiers standards? It seems like they forced some of the screws out of the bezel. This is unacceptable! This is the before and after pics of my watch. The one on the left is before I gave them my watch. The one on the right is how I got my watch from them.

My fiancée and I were in town and decided to give this location a last try and we’re so glad that we did. Jimmy was courteous and professional beyond our expectations. He was patient and really made an effort to answer all of our questions to ensure it was the right purchase for us. We highly recommend visiting Jimmy here if you’re considering Cartier. We’ll definitely be back to see him soon!
