  Entered the building and got on the ramp like path at the entrance to get into the actual store and some guy (assuming a security) immediately asks “Anything in specific you’re looking for?” in a non welcoming way and I said we’re just looking around… not even in the actual store yet. I was with my girlfriend and her younger sister and while I didn’t pay attention to the guy at all, after we left the store my girlfriend and her sister did mention to me that they felt unwelcomed/uncomfortable because of this guy, and my girlfriends sister did feel and see him glaring/starring often as if she was doing something wrong or suspicious, read a review of someone who experienced something similar with this same person so this seems like a common occurrence and this location needs to do something to fix this issue.

  Employees in places like Cartier or Balenciaga — treat you with far more ease and respect than the staff at Alo. It was extremely uncomfortable walking through the store while employees stared at us, exchanged messages over their radios, and seemed to follow us with strange suspicion. The blonde girl with long hair working in the fitting room behaved absolutely terribly, her attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional from the moment we approached her. And the employee who appears to be some sort of manager, the one checking whether your payment goes through or not, kept walking behind us around the store as if expecting something to happen. You need to understand that people notice this and feel it! And it’s extremely uncomfortable. The only thing that slightly improved the situation was the guy with long hair , he was the only genuinely pleasant person in the entire store. My mom and I still ended up buying several items, a pretty substantial amount. Simply because we needed them right away. But if we hadn’t been in a rush, we would have never spent our money here. Terrible experience. Relax guys and treat people with some respect.

  In the year 2025 we are still doing this Pretty Woman bs. Unbelievable. So I walk into the store, they have this long walkway thing so I’m not even fully in yet, this guy in black (staff member I guess, not identified or whatever) jumps out from chilling with the security guard and barks at me, “what can I help you find?”. Sheesh I’m not even into the store— I say that I’m looking for split hem leggings. The dude says they don’t have any and basically doesn’t let me pass by him into the store. Pretty sure it’s because I was holding a bag from marshals

  i love this location so much! the employees are absolutely amazing. so kind, helpful, friendly, and patient, when i need something or i'm looking for something specific they always check to see if they have it in stock downstairs or just in general. bend over backwards to make sure they have the product you want. just absolutely awesome customer service! highly recommend, always such a delight going inside.
