I know there’s a team that handles your guys social media and releases. It was a simple question coming to know that the manager from a different store showed me a text message. He mentioned the email and even on your website it says one per customer so just concerning. I’m trying to reach out to the team that handles your release to let them know that I had a bad experience now. Had a bad experience over the phone with the store.
