He was very knowledgeable and knew how to correctly handle the complicated warranty issue by walking over to LensCrafters to seek their help in replacing a prescription lens that was on a defective RayBan Stories glasses. A very resourceful person. This is the kind of service that everyone hopes to receive when dealing with manufacture warranty issues.
