  We had a great experience at the Costa Mesa store. Veronica was very helpful. The bracelet I purchased needed to be resized and their jeweler Hoang Pham expertly removed the number of links necessary on site while we waited. As an added bonus, Veronica saw the ring on my finger and asked me to give it to her so she could polish it and make it look like new. The store is a great place to choose for all your jewelry purchases. I will continue to come here for years.

  Veronica Samosky and Hoang Pham helped me with my purchase today and made the whole process seamless. Veronica was really helpful in finding a good deal and was approachable and welcoming. She's also a fellow Disney fan so she made the entire process magical and made it all happen so I could go home with the ring that day!! Hoang adjusted the ring to size that day so I could take it home and did an excellent job!! He was approachable and always welcoming. Even offered to help with sizing in the future should we have issues!! He also spent the time to wish us a Happy Lunar New Year!! Very happy with the process and my purchase🤗

I came in to get my ring checked, professionally cleaned, and resized, and the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Donna Desmet, the General Manager, greeted me so warmly as soon as I arrived. She immediately made me feel welcomed and valued, not just like another customer. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for the entire visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions patiently, and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. Hoang Pham did an incredible job resizing my ring. You can tell he truly takes pride in his craftsmanship. The resizing was done perfectly — my ring fits beautifully now, and it looks absolutely flawless. You would never even know it had been adjusted! The cleaning also made it sparkle like it was brand new again. I honestly fell in love with my ring all over again. What stood out most to me was how friendly, accommodating, and genuine everyone was. The team made the experience feel personal and special, which means so much when it comes to something as meaningful as a wedding ring. I never felt rushed, and they treated my ring with such care and attention. If you’re looking for a jeweler you can trust with your most precious pieces, I highly recommend Robbins Brothers.
