  It's been a while since I went in to a JCPenney and this is part of the reason why! I walk in to the men's department and there are like 4 workers there to greet me! Great! But as I am shopping there are NOT any prices on the clothes tag. Just signs with the price and the name of the apparel. For instance, I was looking at some underwear and the sign showed 3 different prices with the corresponding discounted price. But the price on my package was NO WHERE to be seen! Then compared to Walmart, the prices are really high! So finally, I come to a worker who has a device to show the price. A 3-pair package of drawls costs $22.50 and that is with the discount. A printed tee shirt was $17! At Walmart, everything was priced and respectively it was $10.50 for the underwear and $8.50 for the printed T. But I would have made the buy at Penneys but when I got to checkout, there was one lady in line talking to the person checking her out and 3 other people in line. I waited like five minutes and then just left. But while waiting in line, a woman comes into the store and sets off the "Stealing" alarm! As I decided to leave empty handed, the same lady goes out before me and sets off the alarm again! So I wait by the door until it stops before I leave --- but when I do, there is still just one cashier, and now there are still 2 in line! Walmart has self checkout! So when JC goes out of business, this is one of the reasons why! #justsayin

  My siblings and I came by today for a Christmas photoshoot and had an amazing time! We wanted to coordinate something as a surprise for our mom, and the staff were wonderful. Marcela, our photographer, had so many creative variations to poses, and made a comfortable and fun experience for us! The sales rep Casey helped us pick the right package for us, and was beyond friendly! We will definitely be back for any photography needs, and were so appreciative of a fun and helpful staff during such a hectic time of year!

  We arrived late to our 6pm appointment due to an unfortunate accident on the freeway. The staff, specifically Kacey & our talented photographer Sam went above and beyond to still accommodate us! I’m very impressed of how considerate & understanding the staff were. 10/10 experience. Thank you, we will be back!
