- TFTaura FaustJan 16, 20264.0I love Nordstrom Rack for the great deals. This location is quite messy but that might be from the shoppers too. I’m not sure if the workers get it cleaned up every night or once a week. I’ve been in the morning and evening and its always messy.

I usually prefer this location over the ones in Daly City and Palo Alto, but this visit completely changed my mind. The manager who was ringing me up at the register was extremely dry and dismissive, and even made a few inappropriate jokes that made me uncomfortable. On top of that, she didn’t even offer me a bag for my purchase. All my family members have Nordstrom credit cards, and I was planning on getting one myself, but after this experience, I’ve completely changed my mind. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

Unfortunately yesterday’s visit was very different. While I was shopping I witnessed what appeared to be a manager a tall brown hair yelling and speaking harshly to employees. Her tone and behavior created a tense awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere that completely changed the shopping experience. It was upsetting to see such unprofessional treatment toward the staff since they were always so helpful in my previous shopping visits. I hope this can be addressed so customers and employees alike can continue to feel comfortable in the store.
