I bought something online stating it’d be ready within 2 hours. I came at the 2 hour mark following up. They could’ve just processed the order with the customer present, but the Employee associate stated some BS about the system being slow and there’s people ahead of me (when the store is freaking empty) and to come back later…when I’m literally here now. At the 2 hour mark. Where you can get my order now. And complete the transaction. Now I’m here in the car waiting for the notification to pickup my order. Update: I just called customer service and cancelled the order on the phone. If you’re at the San Mateo area, please save yourself the trouble and go to the one at Daly City. They’re way more friendly approachable and nicer.

When I pointed this out, the staff showed little concern and simply removed the pin without any apology or acknowledgment of the safety issue. This level of carelessness and lack of responsibility is unacceptable.
