- KIKris IkeDec 29, 20231.0No stars. Unspeakably upset. What was supposed to be a 3-4hr install has been nine days of calling, waiting on hold, and still not having any resolution. Service center can't reach them, they don't even want to work with them anymore. I can't even get the device uninstalled after trying all week to get it installed successfully because I can't reach anyone to send over the work order for it to be done legally, even though after two days of calling I was able to get someone on the phone. They dropped the call before it was done and did not call me back even after I left a voicemail. I've spent over 12hrs on hold in the past nine days, didn't have my car for Christmas, and LCI could not care less. I'm on hold now on call #35 across nine days. Don't deal with this if you can avoid it. Go with ANY other company. I generally don't bother to review, but if I can spare even one person this experience it's worth the trouble. LCI is neglectful. It's incredibly insulting to be stuck on hold for five hours straight, listening to the same recording over and over about how they're available 24/7 365. I've never had a worse experience with any company's service in my entire life.
