- JRJanee RamoleteJan 7, 20261.0I went in for the Meta Oakley sunglasses. There is a sale with BOGO 50%. I asked one of the sales associates does that qualify with the Meta AI Oakley (that’s all that we were looking at for Oakley glasses) and the designer such as Prada, Versace etc. And the sales associate said yes the glasses will be 50% off but cannot be stacked with other discounts just the 50%. I was in the store for 30 + mins trying to find the perfect pair for myself and I went ahead with a Prada pair. At the register for checkout I had mentioned the 50% off and the sales associates (different associate) said the Pradas aren’t 50% off. I was confused because there were 3 associates on the floor when it was mentioned out loud that the Prada glasses etc would be 50% off. How is that the other 2 associates didn’t correct her or inform her that Prada doesn’t apply when they were standing next to her. I spent 30 + mins wasted and left with a bad taste. I will not be returning as a customer when information is not applicable and not informative to the customer. Why wait all the way til the end of transaction to say the Pradas don’t apply?

They were running a buy on get 50% off another promotion for Labor Day - We asked if there were any chance for a % off of one pair and they were able to do 20% off her new $255 polarized RB's. Not bad! Great service and they checked in with us as my wife was trying on nearly every RB!
