  I went in for the Meta Oakley sunglasses. There is a sale with BOGO 50%. I asked one of the sales associates does that qualify with the Meta AI Oakley (that’s all that we were looking at for Oakley glasses) and the designer such as Prada, Versace etc. And the sales associate said yes the glasses will be 50% off but cannot be stacked with other discounts just the 50%. I was in the store for 30 + mins trying to find the perfect pair for myself and I went ahead with a Prada pair. At the register for checkout I had mentioned the 50% off and the sales associates (different associate) said the Pradas aren’t 50% off. I was confused because there were 3 associates on the floor when it was mentioned out loud that the Prada glasses etc would be 50% off. How is that the other 2 associates didn’t correct her or inform her that Prada doesn’t apply when they were standing next to her. I spent 30 + mins wasted and left with a bad taste. I will not be returning as a customer when information is not applicable and not informative to the customer. Why wait all the way til the end of transaction to say the Pradas don’t apply?

  First in person store purchase of the new year. Store manager was excellent, kind, friendly and very patient as I tried on nearly a dozen pair of sun glasses. A new hire was undergoing first day training and she (the manager) walked him through each step of the transaction. Well done new hire on your first day on the job (and first work day of the year). The new hire is a Poly student and being a college Prof at the school it was nice to see another student engaged and working to pay the way for their education. I highly recommended this place for quality glasses and excellent customer service and care. Why can’t more retail stores be like this?

  Gabby helped me in the San Luis Obispo store. She was super helpful and wouldn’t give up on my ridiculous request to find a specific pair of sunglasses. She made the experience better than I expected. I probably would have walked out buying nothing if it hadn’t been for her.
