Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

I'm not sure if you all know but once you buy something, and try returning they do not return back to your debit or credit card. They issue you a gift card. I don't think that's right, I'll tell you this their the only company that i know does this.

The fitting room employee waved her hands telling me to shush while talking to my wife about something she tried on and stepped between us telling my wife that she doesn't need opinions from anyone, and should get things based on her comfort. That's totally understandable, but that's literally what we were trying to discuss, it was very rude to step between my wife and I, and tell me to basically shut up while we were talking about how she liked it. Was very disrespectful and belittling. Never have experienced something so rude, especially at a Lululemon. We ended up not wanting anyone else's help finding sizes and decided to leave. Will not be returning to this location.

I realized I accidentally put in the wrong email after confirming and they could do anything about it. So they gave me a number to call to get the tracking number instead. I looked at the order and the employee had ordered the wrong bag, they didn’t ask me if it was the right one or anything. So now I have to order the right one and return the other
