  Love the store, but my only issue is trying to return an item. I'm not sure if you all know but once you buy something, and try returning they do not return back to your debit or credit card. They issue you a gift card. I don't think that's right, I'll tell you this their the only company that i know does this.

  Love the products & this light bright well designed store, BUT the music is SO loud & SO bad that it ruins the shopping experience! I watched 3 shoppers walk out due to super loud techno edm type music - you could tell only the employees liked it

  I've gone to MANY locations throughout California and always help my wife pick things out and we make it a fun day. The fitting room employee waved her hands telling me to shush while talking to my wife about something she tried on and stepped between us telling my wife that she doesn't need opinions from anyone, and should get things based on her comfort. That's totally understandable, but that's literally what we were trying to discuss, it was very rude to step between my wife and I, and tell me to basically shut up while we were talking about how she liked it. Was very disrespectful and belittling. Never have experienced something so rude, especially at a Lululemon. We ended up not wanting anyone else's help finding sizes and decided to leave. Will not be returning to this location.
