They do an assessment and quote you for the repairs if needed. Great, friendly customer service who can answer any and all questions. We moved here from Cincinnati Ohio 7 years ago and struggled to find a place like we were used to back home. Very nice family owned business and the owner is usually the one working at the shop. My wife owns a nice sewing machine and this place sells and services those as well. I highly recommend these folks!
