It’s so rare to the find an employee who’s willing to help you find something and take the time to work with you.this was so appreciated!! thank you Kimberly !!
- LLLexMar 31, 20261.0Couple of weeks ago I was here with my mother looking for a lavish dress for a corporate event. We never experienced such bad customer service as we did.. worker named Kimberly. An Asian woman with clear glasses she could've been a supervisor on duty taking over. She had a distasteful attitude and she looked like she didn't want to be there. BUT my mother found a dress.. I was helping her in the dressing room. There is no sign.. and the young girl that gave us fitting room didn't specify a ONE PERSON only rule. The lady Kimberly came in and shouted, "LADIES.. only one person per fitting room!" My mother felt uncomfortable so she responded that we'd be out shortly AND the worker SCOFFED!! This is honestly unacceptable behavior and it's no wonder people don't shop here. We bought the dress anyway.. it was expensive but we needed one in a pinch. Lady in front of us in line.. she was getting the run around, too by Kimberly! Windsor do better with finding workers who actually want to be there. It's no wonder the one in Eastridge closed down!
