  Be careful what kind of shoes you're wearing when you shop here! I visited this location on Sunday, April 12. We were greeted by the employees as we walked in but before the associate came to help us, he stopped to speak with another associate. Luckily for me, I overheard what he told her. "I can always tell if they're going to buy by what kinds of shoes they're wearing." The other associate laughed. Our associate came and helped us for quite a while as l asked to view difterent bags. I appreciated his patience but unfortunately, my experience was already marred by his passing remark. I didn't end up getting anything. I opted to buy something at Dior where I was greeted warmly and without judgement. I was wearing beat up adidas this day. I was serious about buying something. I'm glad I didn't.

  Worst experience I ever had in this prada store nobody greets me and they gave me a used glasses even I pay for new pairs and when I went again return to my stuff they didn’t even apologize for tha mistake.

  I bought a very beautiful pair of shoes at this store, tried them on in the shop, and everything seemed perfect. Unfortunately, the shoes turned out to be very stiff. I only wore them at home during a Zoom call and walked on the carpet in my apartment, so they are basically new. When I came back to return them, the store refused to accept them, even though they were clearly not worn outside. The staff was very unfriendly, not helpful at all, and the whole situation felt completely unfair. I would strongly recommend not buying shoes, or anything else, from this store. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. And now I see that there other reviews like this. Never happened to me before in other stores

  Was racially profiled 😂 I highly Louis Louis Vuitton. They don’t stalk you. The employees there are lively, the atmosphere is bright and the vibes are immaculate.
